@Ghuncha bhai,
I am trully stumped by your times.
I had four runs. Only I myself was in the car with fuel nearing the empty mark,
1) 1st Run : approx 15 secs. 0-80 10 secs.
2) 2nd Run: between 14 and 15 secs. 0-80 9 secs.
3) 3rd Run : between 11 and 12 secs. 0-80 7 secs. Which I approximated to around 11.5.
4) 4th Run : approx 14 secs. 0-80 between 9 and 10 secs.
By that time traffic over the Karimabad flyover was getting heavier. So I hightailed it back to home because I didn't want to be late for office.
If you want I can try to redo my timings at any weekends of your choice, and you can witness my efforts. My Cell # is 0321-2451772.
One thing I must mention is that after the initial running-in of 1000km I have subjected my 06-Cultus-VXL two 3 inter-city trips,
1) Trip-1 To Hyderabad and back ~350K
2) Trip-2 To Hyderabad and back ~350K
3) Trip-3 To Umerkot and back ~ 700K
This has greatly helped my engine to open up and the pick is perceptibly much better from the sluggish nature it had in the beginning.
I also had it tuned from my Mechanic (Sattar bhai), 2 weeks ago, near North Star Petrol Pump adjacent to Farooq-e-Azam Masjid North Nazimabad. The suzuki dealer initial tune-up at 1000km was not too good for my liking.
My car is nearing 4500 km mileage.
Hope to allay any misgivings or doubts you may have.
P.S. It might boil down to how well you know your machine and how good you are at changing gears.
