Twin Turbo's are two turbos which are bolted to the exhaust manifold of the car (where exhaust gases exit) and this makes the fans in the turbo's spin causing cold air to be forced into the engine from the other side of the turbo, hence more fuel goes in the engine, hence more power is produced.

Throttle bodies are something to do with direct fuel injection in each cylinder by each throttle body, i.e. if you have a V8 engine, you'll have 8 throttle bodies directly injecting fuel ino the cylinders. I think!!
