if water has entered you engine then you have broken or bent your connecting rods since water does not compres like air, also it is possible that your supercharger is blown as that also tries to compress water as it enters the engine bay.
have it towed to a mechanic ASAP,.. and DO NOT try to start it.
ensure the mechanics do a compression test, that will verify if your rods are bent or damaged.
