shariqak1, what is computerized tuning? I have never heard of it. There are analyzers that are used to read engine performance data and emissions through OBD port. There are very few adjustments in an EFI engine to fiddle with. Idle RPM is the only one I know and it has been phased out from most new engines already. The ECU has enough logic built-in to keep the engine running at optimal level. The “tune-up” really consists of replacing Spark Plugs at required intervals as recommended by the automaker and these days the interval could be as long as 100,000 miles.
So, to alleviate your concern, you do not need to “tune-up” a modern engine every month. You will get many years of reliable service out of it as long as you change the oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter at required intervals AND you do not treat your vehicle like a race car.
