im not sayin u r wrong (other opinion givers)
all this plug thing is bull shit
and so is the increasing performance thing on CNG cuz the CNG is such a downgrade that even turbocharging would make up for the performance u lost and are gonna lose over the year cuz of the CNG
if your stock plugs are working fine...it wouldnt make a significant difference. And the number of points on a plug dnt make a difference cuz only one point actually recieves the spark...
Ur CNG tank and kit weights a lot!...bringing all ur performance down...even reducing the life of ur shocks, steering and tires.
U GOTTA REDUCE WEIGHT...DOING SO U WILL GET BETTER ACCELERATION, HANDLING, BRAKING, FUEL ECONOMY, ENGINE LIFE....and so on...
With sucha a car with no significant power....i wud reduce the weight first of all... i would remove the spare wheel (replace it with a gun, incase my tires pops and someone tries robbin my car, so the handguns lighter, throw the wheel and keep the gun). I would then remove all the carpet, padding and interior from the trunk....cuz i woudnt use it.... I DNT SIT IN THE TRUNK
I would temporarily remove everything....i mean everything...cuz they're not as important and performance to me....

umm....yeah
I would replace every accidental part in future with lighter or better performance parts...
were still on the chassis....yeah ... get strut bars... suzuki cultus has a lot of chassis flex...
so if u cant afford buyin one...get a steel pipe wellded beetween the shocks...on the top. This would be to increases chassis rigidy...making the car more responsive and less like jelly..
Get some really light weight wheels...remember a kilo lost at the wheels is equal to 8 kilos lost in the chassis.
and get good tires
U can lower the car...improves the handling but only if u drive like me....u could also add a short shifter kit, a custom steering wheel and proper pedals...so u can learn to heal toe downshift..its really hard to do it on the stock pedal distances...
another thing to remember KEEP THE ENGINE PROPERLY TUNED...GOOD CONDITION....MAKE SURE UR RUNNING ON THE PROPER SETTINGS....DOESNT MATTER WHAT PARTS U HAVE, IF UR ENGINES NOT TUNED PROPERLY U DNT HAVE MUCH POWER.
Keep ur brakes tuned...specially the handbrake....u never know when u g2 pull some tokyo drift thing
well, on CNG thats all u can do in a reasonable cost...
on petrol...u can do a lot to the engine
- Air intake (lighter)
- Exhaust manifold (lighter and better)
- De-cat (lighter again)
- Custom straight pipe (forget the muffler, lighter)
- Port polish (intake, exhaust, header)
- Advance timing
- Spark plugs (only if u do the things specified before)
- A good CLUTCH!
- Get the flywheel skimmed and lightened (lighter)
10.Get the crankshaft lightened and knife edged (u can rev higher, more power, better sound)
11.lighten the con-rods
12.Forged pistons (they're expensive, dnt mess it up with ur CNG)
13.Larger valves
14.Custom made titanium retainers and valve springs (custom cuz u cant buy them =p)
15.Get a lighter radiator (aluminium)
16.Over bore and an engine rebuild...if u turbocharge it
soo much stuff....but most is not worth the money
just get a new engine...first take on the CNG...if u cant afford Petrol u cant afford performance....thats just the way governments done it in pakistan
