Default Mehran giving trouble on cold mornings :)

My friend's Mehran does not start on cold mornings.
Following has been done but still no big success.
    1. Changed battery, no corrosion on terminals
    2. new plugs/ point, plug's gap set to 0.7mm
    3. checked ignition system thoroughly, checked plug wires etc, no leakage etc
    4. starter motor serviced
    5. spark timing adjustment
    6. CNG tuning
    7. ZIC oil used so its not that thick to offer noticeable starting/cranking friction

could anyone suggest what else it takes to start a 3 year old Mehran, only hiccups can be witnessed both on petrol & CNG
My conclusion, Mehran gets a weak starter motor by default, does not give good cranking effect, is it so ?

i doubt about weak valve guides but that'd be last thing as its 3 year old car and driven merely 35k with care, and no signs of weaker engine observed.

I am also using 2003 model mehran in Lahore and now a days temp is zero here, but no problems in morning start as i am also starting on CNG. what i do is pull the choke all way not pressing the throttle pedal (race), crank the engine while i hear the engine starting sound slightly press the pedal to keep engine running. Try this may be it works

the best way to start mehran in cold morning is that park at night on petrol, if u can't even afford that use the method as mentioned by umerinayat, works perfect. but try to keep CNG tank atleast 50% always full coz on low CNG also it starts with problem

    hello!
it depends....is starter rotating engine or its sounds just like jammed or running with low voltage....battery can be the probelem was well as CNG cars make troubles specially in winters....what about starting on petrol..its it starts fine on petrol...can be the weak ignition coil...its really causes problem when its weak.....try checking that all...
