its not a big problem just go to a mechanic and ask him to increase the "RAISE" .the vibration will be minimized but the fuel consumption will increase a little.

First of all get the engine mountings checked... If they are ok then get your car properly tuned...
Note 1 thing that till the time your car's engine is not properly warm, you will feel the vibration inside your car. But after some time when the engine is properly warm, this vibration will be removed. In winters you can also use choke for first five minutes till the engine is warm to avoid vibration as too much vibration is not good for the engine as well....

I have a mehran 2005 (july) model. I had the same problem of vibrations. I went to the mechenic and he increased the RPM . IT reduced teh vibrations but whhen the car get at it optimum temperature the RPM got very high. After going to digfferent mechenics and not getting any clue i one day gave the same chalange to my self . Upon throught investigation i found out that two out of three foundation One at front most was broken. I was shocked as my car had only been on the road for 5 and half months... but what can be done except say some foul words to suzuki motors and mt seld of purchasing mehran.... Now i have changed the foundation (cost me around 500 for three plus 200 labour) and the vibrations are gone... hope it help you out.....

    Cheers....

    Humm, thats what I said....
Get your engine mountings checked and if they are ok, then go and get your engine tuned up. Do not fiddle with the engine without getting your mountings checked as this is a common problem in Mehrans....

friends mehran's engine foundations are very weak and the foundations we usually get from the market r even weaker than the original ones.so they go down very frequently.but i have seen that many mechanics decrease the rpm to such an extent that the car not only vibrates it looks like that the car starts jumping.RPM is usually called RAISE in mechanic language so i m also saying that if the foundations r right get the RPM increased and remember that Mehran is an economy car not built for racing so forget about heating on high RPM.
    thanks

yeah get idle mixture set....get also Air/Gas Mixture checked...tuned it till its best......RPM must be lower than 1000rpms...over than this means its some other fault....foundations in mehran are not trusty.....broken foundations...commom thing...

Turn it off or tune up and do check mounts.
Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.
