Check the coolant level and see if all the fans(Engine/radiator) are ON when using the AC.
Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

All mehran's overheat, though you can get the radiator cleaned dust might be preventing heat flow...

Mehran does typically heat up when driven within the city and AC is swtiched on. The reason is the design the AC condensor does not get enough cool air passing through it. Anyways this can be improved but there could be several reasons such as:-

    1) Ignition timing is over advanced or retarded
    2) Compressor is worn out and takes a lot of engine power to compress gas
    3) Wheels / brakes are jam / tight adding additional load on your engine
    4) Cooling system is cloged (radaitor, hoses, pass through valve etc)
    5) valve clearance for inlet and exchaust valves
    6) Poor quality of gas in your AC

    Trust this is useful

Is your AC Company Fitted ?
I installed my AC in my Mehran VX 2007 model from the market....
When AC is on, the car needle not even goes to the middle
So I think no issue with the car itself
must be some radiator problem or fan problem

I agree. There are many factors other than just AC Compressor that contribute in heating of Engine like:

1- Tight Clutch Wire that puts load on engine through pressure plate

2- Alignment/Cambering of Front Tyres (in case of Mehran)

    3- Fake/Poor Quality Coolant

4- Hose Pipes Bent, Radiator not serviced for long, Low Fan speed etc.

But the main thing for engine cooling is the Condensor. Problem is its just in front of Radiator making things worse. I am not sure whether it could be re-fitted in some adjacent space so that it doesnt come in Radiator's way at all. An additional fan installed along with necessary relays in front of it could boost the cooling.

mehran does overheat on ac...reason being only one fan to cool engine and for the ac...there is no solution as such but getting ur radiator and ac serviced helps solving problem
what i do on our mehran is turn ac on and when i feel that car is overheating i turn it off..then wait for some minutes and then turn on the ac again
