If your budget is 360K (price of CL), then go for the Cuore.
But if your budget is 420-450K (price of CX), then the Suzuki Alto also comes in the range.

In terms of drive and comfort, Cuore is much better than Mehran.
In terms of fuel economy, not much difference between the two.
In terms of maintenance costs/spare parts, Mehran ranks much higher than Cuore.

You can go for any car if your driving is within the city, but long drives can be tiring in Mehran.

In Karachi, when Cuore was launched, people went for it like crazy, so much so that new Mehran's practically disappeared from the roads.
But, this was a temporary phase and Mehran made a comeback. Today you see a lot more new Suzuki Mehrans than Cuores on Karachi roads.

There is no comparison of Cuore to Mehran... I realy hate the new rear bumper they installed ...it looks like a rubber tube wraped in back...
IT IS NICE TO BE IMPORTANT, BUT IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO BE NICE

Production has been shifted from 5,000 units a year to 25,000. They've put in adverts saying you'll be delivered one 90 days from ordering, not bad..
