1 - Get ur radiator serviced. (make sure there is no leakage and its holding pressure)
2 - Make sure a/c trips when the desired cooling is reached.
3 - Install relay to Radiator fan if its slow.

    If above dont work.

4 - Change Radiator to Japanese coure or 3 nali charade diesel.

    1) direct the fan of radiator direct
    2) add coolant (pink coolant).

as green coolant is less powerful.
    coolant is anti-heating, anti-freezing and anti-rust.

your heat level will be 40% drop as the radiation of water will not be heated.

if your radiator is in good condition, i.e. it doesn't has any rust in it, then add as much coolant you want. but do not full the radiator with coolant if the radiator is rusted. to full the radiator with coolant you should get your radiator get serviced.
and then ask the radiator mechanic if your radiator is weak!.

if it is good then fill coolant as much you want.
I'm struggling to please ALLAH, I'll suggest you do the same.

Do whatever you like, But in this old mehran if your fan is not powerful enough and radiator is not meeting the cooling needed by the engine none of the totkas will work

Coolant is not used to control the heatup yes it can help but the main purpose of coolant should be to protect the cooling system from rust not to cool it down from high heatup.

The coolant got higher boiling point but if your car is heating up and touching red mark than no coolant will work.

Problem is not a radiator , problem is engine's power as coure engine is better than mehran.

Bro. Just take your car to a good AC technician and ask him to the check the thermostat of AC (which trips the compressor off). Probably the compressor is working continuously.

is continously working compressor (not tripping) also responsible for engine heatup ?, but in my daewoo Compressor thermostate is faulty and compressor continously working but no heatup issue , fan is direct and temperature indicator remains near C level.

Point is unless you have a very good ac all ac in this heat in the city driving will not trip that frequently.

And continues running ac will hamper your fuel average and life of your compressor.

Even with continues ac a car woth good cooling and good engine will not heatup.

Only way this tripping can help is on highway when the ac trips the car will get few sec or min to cool down.

If the settings is done proper and you spend some money the ac can work in mehran as well. Once a member here xulfiqar posted that if we exchange positions of compressor and mehrans generator that also helps.

Other than that you can install multi flow condensor along with power full 8 blade fan and radiator that is atleast 3 channel.

I mean kuch experiment tu karna para ga

I drive XLI 2010 in office and ee90 but cooling i felt last week sitting in a datsun 120y that my ac wala recently installed ac that hanging unit one and sitting in the back seat at 2 pm i had to ask him to please switch off its too cold on highway and that car had air coming in from all doors :p

alot of things ahve already been suggested just follow it.

    1. Change Radiator to Double TUbe
    2. Add good Coolant and reasonable amount
    3. Change the fan to Corolla Radiator Fan
    4. Install some small Fan on AC Condensor Grill

@ Poster, I am very good on Suzuki Mehran's A/c. Nor I am a A/c technician but still I got something for you to improve your car A/c. I myself have a 2001 Suzuki Mehran, so following tips are done then you will get a good A/c without heatup issues..

    1. Service your Radiator with hard acid ( Dont change it with 3 naali or something like that )
    2. Put a good coolant like Toyota Indus one in your whole radiator.
    3. Go to your A/c technician & say him to install a good thermostat.
    4. Direct your fan & put realy on it so that it gcould gain alot of speed.
    5. Go to Kabari & find a good fan for the condensor & say your technician to install it infront of your car's condensor. It will cost you around Rs.1500-2000.

Then you are done. InshAllah you will get good results. I guarantee you...\

    Thanks,

Your daewoo racer compressor will not switch off - it has a destroke function - meaning when the suction line gets to a certain temperature - the compressor will reduce its pumping (unloading the engine) - your car does not have a thermostatic unit or an expansion valve, - it uses the orifice tube before the evaporator to chill it and an accumulator in the suction line..
