    1. Service your Radiator with hard acid ( Dont change it with 3 naali or something like that )
    2. Put a good coolant like Toyota Indus one in your whole radiator.
    3. Go to your A/c technician & say him to install a good thermostat.
    4. Direct your fan & put realy on it so that it gcould gain alot of speed.
    5. Go to Kabari & find a good fan for the condensor & say your technician to install it infront of your car's condensor. It will cost you around Rs.1500-2000.

Then you are done. InshAllah you will get good results. I guarantee you...\

your remedy is a sure shot way to reduce your fans life to a minimum - the fan blades on a mehran fan are so so lame that they warp after a years use - I would suggest the person to buy a cooling fan from a Hyundai Excel (12 interconnected curved blade fan) and install that.. The work like a charm

    Default Same Problem!

    Asalam O Alykum,

I have got the same problem with my Mehran, 1996 model. But, apart from heating up, it also dries up the radiator water.

Here is what i have been doing since the last couple of months to resolve this, to no avail.

    1- Complete Radiator Service
2- Change of all pipes leading to and from the radiator.
3- Relay on the radiator fan

Please dont say the cliche term "mehran is not to be used with ac" i dont afford to get a ferrari now, do i but i have to make use of what i have.....

Any assistance will really really be welcome from my end

what you need is to flush your radiator and pressure check the whole system, find the leaks and then use a coolant/water mix.. It wont corrode the system and will keep the system performance at peak
