    Post ****help needed for mehran****

    HELP NEEDED FOR MEHRAN!
I GOT A 2005 MODEL MEHRAN VX THE PROBLEM IS THAT IT IS UNCOMFORTABLE.
I KNOW THAT SMOOTHNESS OF A CAR MAY DEPEND UPON FOLLOWING:-
    1.WHEELS
    2.SUSPENSION AND SHOCKS
    3.SEATS

i think that the main thing that my MEHRAN need is a soft suspension but how can i make it soft.On pakwheels i found in a thread that replacing MEHRAN shocks with that of Honda city is an effective way to make it comfortable.
But would it have some bad effect on the car like bad handling or loose of control or damaging the car or its suspension?
I need suggestions please post a positive and general reply.
This is my first thread so i dont want to be disapointed.

Replacing Mehran,s suspension with Honda City?
    How is that even possible?
One of the most difficult things in the world is to know how to do something, and to watch without comment, somebody else do it incorrectly.

the best way is to get some soft tires. i recommend New General tires as they are rubber belted and very soft on suspension.
Shocks in the rear do not play a major roll due to the presence of Kamani's.

100% agree that its impossible because the type of the suspension is way to different.
I was only thinking about Shocks as it is possible to adjust them in a car.But rear kamanis are not at all allowing them to play any major role.

That is the main reason that you feel more bumps while sitting in the back seat of a Mehran.

It will make it more hard than before.

    Na lala,
When ever the rear wheels of a Mehran cross a speed bump,
The passngers sitting at the back feel a big jerk.

Ok now one thing is clear that leafsprings(kamani's) are basically for resisting load.Thats why they are used in old heavy muscle cars, jeeps, trucks, pick ups etc.But can we just adjust them for comfort. If any one has a good personal experience regarding suspension of mehran(by editing it) share it with me.I know its stupid to edit mehran but due to certain condition its not possible for me to buy a luxurious car or any other car.

    100% true.
In addition to this if u just pass a little fast over a speed breaker it can also cause your head knock the roof causing a headache.
