    Default Mehran Soft Suspension

    Hey guys,

as you guys know that the suspension of mehran is damn hard especially the rear one. every time i go to my university i feel that i was humped hard by road. i think its because of leaf spring suspension. i was wondering if there is any way to change it to coil spring suspension or is there any way to make leaf spring suspension soft. what you guys think?

Well, if you are really up to the task of converting the leafspring suspension to the coils, it can be done. Some cutting, welding, new coil springs would do the job. Need money, then time and then experience for this.

just change ur tyres. GT classsiro tyres are too much soft. ur suspension problem will be solved 50%. my mehran is too much smooth with these tyres. if u dont want to change ur tyres than buy the chines 800CC giangan car (ditto copy of mehran with efi engine and spring suspension). it is available in Islamabad and pindi on showrooms at Muree Road.
But you will feel difference after using the GT-Classiro tyres or Hankook tyres. both are too much soft.

^^^oh, which tires are good in long run? soft ones or hard ones? right now i am using Marshal by Kumho. they are 155/70/R12. and is there any danger of soft tires being punctured frequently? also what is the price of these GT tires?

    They are Marshal KR11
