Pre Installation

1. Make deal without adjusting amount of your stock booster. I would recommend to keep it with you, if you love your car.
2. Search for the brake booster that will not require any dent in air cleaner box. (watch my one, its brake fluid box is little turned, there is no dent on mine air cleaner).
3. Make the deal with brake bleeding after installation of booster.
During Installation

1. Stay on head of the mechanic while installation.
2. Ask him to use water as any drop of brake fluid fell on body during uninstall and install process. If brake fluid stay for while on paint, it will damage it.
3. you may require to change the nut of the paddle shaft. Do keep the genuine nut with you.
After Installation

1. Don't ever take risk to drive in traffic as you were driving before. Test booster at least for two or three kilometers with excessive brakes.
2. Mechanic will bleed brakes after installation and tell you to try the brakes. You should be surprised to feel reliability of the brakes.
3. When you keep driving the car, say after two or three days, you will feel that brakes have loosen, this is due to the reason that the air has been pressed towards pipe ends causing your brakes to loose. Don't worry, just return to the mechanic and ask him to bleed all wheels as it was decided in Pre Installation step.
4. You can also bleed brakes.
5. Note for any oil leakage from vacuum pipes.
Happy reliable braking.

Watch Bilal's Mehran for more details.

i appreciate you help, plz tell me is it safe for me, ppl says that don’t go for anything but genuine, because the company engineers are not ediets that installed brakes in Mehran and was not able to install servo brakes.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />

Mehran mei pehly seat belts bhi nahi ati thi, tab bhi engineers ko pata tha ky ye zaroori hy magar paksuzuki ka motive hy ky chalti ka naam garri for Pakistani nationals. suzuki wo karti hy ky jis se sirf garri chalti rahy, no safety concerns no features nothing else. es mei engineers ka kia qasoor hy. suzuki kama raha hy aur engineers ko salary mil rahi hy.

Congrats, apka problem solve hogaya.

I would suggest you to ask your mechanic (or do it urself) to see if there are lining on the brake disks. There must be circular lines engraved into ur brake disks. If so just change them. In pindi you can get a pair of used brake disks in 400 to 500 (don't go for repair as ur mechanic may advise you for this). After changing them, you need to get the brake pads changed with some good quality pads.
