Question 660cc car A/c in Mehran.

    Hello all,

I'm going to install A/C in my Mehran. I would like to know if I can add any 660cc Japanese car A/C in Mehran. As I think it will put lesser load on Engine and will work best.

If it is not a solution, then what choices I have got? I would appreciate if you can give any idea of prices as well.

    Thanks in advance!

i think if you keep the stock A/C of mehran it would do wonders if u have 2 fans .. on Pw i saw a thread about this n i think the person that made that thread said that it was quite effective car wasnt heating much n a/c was running good..
But do ask the experts im not really sure on my comment though Dx

I guess the problem is with the AC condenser, it right across the radiator that's why the car heats up.Many people have installed 660 compressor/kits ..its working good for them.

I have seen a Mehran installed with 660cc Mitsub Pajero A/C compressor. I had driven that car having advantage of very less load on engine as compared to Mehran's denso or Sendan (well denso put more load than sendan).

Well if your car is old than can do have some experimenting with old compressors ..... and share your results as well.

I kept a mehran with ac for about two years. When i bought the i placed a new condenser and gas in it. Never had any heating up issues ever. Used AC extensively for two years in blazing hot weathers.

It was a 94 mehran purchased in 2003 and sold in 2005.

Thanks all. Well my Mehran is just couple of month old, so its all new and doesn't has any A/C for now. I'll be installing new A/C and I personally thinking of Mini Pajero A/C as it will put lesser load and result is supposed to be fine.
