just chk ur heat guage, quoting as per ur saying about not overheated water......

dont remove thermostat....else ur engine life's become shorten nd u'll also face a bad fuel consumption

donot direct ur radiator fan.....coz it will not let ur engine reach its required temperature nd will cause wears nd tears inside

dear putting ur fan on DIRECT is a crime against ur car engine....put it on Automatic setting as soon as possible.
dont drive it past 100 km/hr....its a Mehran not Corolla GLi /Civic 2012 have some mercy on ur 800 cc.
and this car is NOT to be driven frequently with AC....when u turn the AC on, on a Mehran, it feels as if ur car is being pulled backwards by a tractor...GIVE ur car a break off and on when it comes to AC....!!! and use proper coolant rather than plain tap water in radiator...jald afaqa hoga InshaAllah

check hose pipes, flush engine cooling system use COOLANT with distilled water use radiator fan on automatic switch, check for thermo stat - search thread for 'HOW TO TEST Thermostat valve'

You owe your life to your parents, driving a Mehran at 120 km/hr over the motorway is suicidal.

nice solution, do you also do that at home? e.g. put in a 24,000 BTU unit to replace an 18000 BTU unit because it "feels" legit?

maybe the guy just had an airlock in the system.

There is nothing Wrong with your car. Dont for get its a Mehran.

With ac on What ever you do it will heat up.

On motorway Do not exceed 80km with ac on(monitor the temperature when it goes up turn ac off and then turn it on after 15min).

Same goes in city. if your car is at signal turn off ac when its moving turn it on.

changing your radiator to 3 nali wala will help.

Bought a Mehran now you are left with 2 options. Either keep yourself cool or the car.

and there was another 06 vxr mehran with all FF stuff we could int drive it more then 5 KM needles jumped out of the zone even my car had no A/C but it used to over heat

just get your radiator's fan replaced by high speed fan(atleast 5blades)(panch paro wala pankha ) and add a relay with it...and your problem will be solved....

guyz believe me cooling fan plays main role in car's cooling system...get a high speed fan and enjoy summer season

This is not much of a problem I have a 2010 Mehran and it does not get hot when the temperature gauge shows the needle at middle position. The car is not overheating the thing is that PS have changed the new gauge system on Mehran's that when reached the middle meant the car is starting to heat.. Nowadays its changed when it reaches the middle point it means the car's engine is up to ideal engine temperature.. So no need to worry! And do get your fan automatic again and put a relay along to keep the fan going good.

Thank you so much guys, you all really helped me so much. I have checked heat gauge from suzuki township motors and they said that heat gauge is ok, but the head gas kit is need to be changed. but i don't think so that there is any need to change head gas kit. According to JATOIALI its not a fault, i am also a little bit agree with him.

Now i think according to all of this discussion i have need to change radiator with 3 pipes radiator and replace the fan with five blades fan and put the fan on automatic mode.

The suzuki township monkeys are trying to rip you off.Check it from any decent mechanic who knows how to work on the car.Check it yourself if it needs changing or not--whether car is mixing the water with mobil oil ,check it through its dipstick.Don't get caught by the chipmunks working for suzuki. They know nothing. They know how to spoil you car.
    As you stated

"to car over heat ho gai or heat ke needle half say oper chali gai man ney radiator ka cap khol kar dekha to pani ziada garam nai tha itna garam tha jitna normally hum hath dhony k liey"
Its pretty much normal when you will drive mehran on 120Km/h.The sensor could be faulty which can't be traced by the goofs working for suzuki.
