    Default Mehran Overheating problem.

    Asalam-o-Aliakum

I having overheating problem in my mehran 2003 for last two years. Even I had replaced gas kit last year when tem needle was crossing the green area but problem couldnt fully resolved . Temperature needle remain in the middle even after 1km drive.

    - No Thermostate valve in installed.
    - Fan is direct and speed is also fine, got checked by installing another fan.
    - Radiator got serviced many times in different timings but no vain.

I am facing the same problem in this summer and my car engine was also weak so I got fully over hauled my engine with head and bore repairing. Installed new Radiator , have no issue in silencer. But car has same problem as per last routine, I feel proper heat in my car and its also reducing water in radiator even driving at night. I added coolant in radiator but no vain. Mechanic is pretty sure that all heads and cylinder holes are open and properly got cleacing while overhauling. Can any body help me out in this regard?

I just completely drained the radiator water and circulated to wash it , put coolant after that. automatic fan and thermostat valve sa to yeah jaldi heatup ho jaya ga. Mechanic ka masla nahi hai he is sincere with me and very close to me even his labour is also pending, last summer gastkit kisi aur mechanic na change ki thi lkain phir b problem same hi tha, es summer main jab needle red ko touch kerna lagi to phir sa yah sara kam kerwaya, engine weak tha to es lia woh b full overhaul kerwa lia, ab red ko touch to nahi kerti lkain wohi foran sa mid main aa jati hai.

inspect the waterpump inlet pipe for corrossion and blocking with rust, inspect the w/p pulley that the belt sits slightly above or perfectly flush with the pulley groove, also inspect belt tension - it can be slipping quietly not spinning the water pump at full speed.Inspect the waterpump impeller (fan) that its not corroded away, if the cone cast into the block where the waterpump impeller (fan) spins the has corroded away from rust, if it has then you need to change the block.Make sure the timing belt timing is spot on and there are absolutely no air pockets in the cooling system.
