    Default 2004 Mehran Slow pickup

    Salam, i have 2004 mehran, its pickup is really slow, it touches 80 after a long time and reaches to 120 on cng, i tuned the car, changed the point and showed it to several mechanics but still its pickup is as i am driving it in mud, Please need suggestions from experts. Thanks

    slipping clutch. did you get your car overhauled or clutch replaced recently?

    no, the engine is in its original seal, and also no clutch problem, still slow acceration...

    Did you check if the brakes are jamming with wheels?

    if not clutch then only things left are brakes, handbrake and distributor.

    'Timing' is also important when ur car has poor pick. get it checked too. Its a simple and quick process.
