If the previous owner had not used it, you can only use it with the normal petrol. But instead of it, you can add cleaner with it.

CNG, filled at the right pressure, in a proper certified cylinder, would NEVER go BOOM.
It is far far difficult to ignite NG, than other fuels, in an open atmosphere, i.e: leakage. It is lighter than the air, has very high dispersion rate. That makes it quite safe.
CNG blasts do not occur due to ignition. They are cursed by the usage of non standard or low pressure cylinders to fill CNG, mostly done by public transport drivers - or rarely due to the fact that people forget/ignore/never learnt their Gas laws.

In any case scenario, LPG, Petrol, Pakistani angenier's water kit, and of course molvis, are more of a BOOM hazard.

HOBC is not suitable for your car. Stick to the regular, and stop giving people in those 2hr CNG queues mini heartattacks

low octane fuel damages a high compression engine and not vice-versa. so damage to valves of mehran with hi-octane is not possible.

the petrol in pakistan which we normally use is already low on octane level than international standards. there was some discussion about ou goctane levels in our fuels so you should check that.high octane mixed with normal petrol wont hurt and would give you good results as in better mileage but then again the cost of hi-octane will over set the mileage. hioctane is some where 140+ pet liter(havnt used it for long, dont do exact rate) and normal petrol is 108.** pet liter.so if you get 2-3 kms more than normal, you are not actually saving any money, which was your basic goal. so use normal petrol. carb technology is already way too old, feeding it with best fuel just isnt worth it!

Use fuel recommended by the car manufacturer. High octane is only for high compression engines, which usually come with expensive high performance cars.
