    AOA,

I think the timing needs to be advanced a little maybe around 18 i guess. The over heating is due to the fact that your radiator fan is now not in the automatic mode - its now working with the AC compressor. A simple fix is to alter the wiring in such a way that it should accommodate the compressor & also turn on/off with thermostat switch.

I am not a mechanic i may be wrong.

This is perfectly normal. AC in Mehran puts significant load on 800cc Engine, so some compromise in acceleration should be expected. Same is the reason for increase in temperature of car. It is advisable to turn off AC when stuck in traffic or when the needle crosses 60% mark.

Make sure the needle should not touch the high mark. Weather is already extremely hot so engine heats up to working temperature quickly. Loss of acceleration is due to the load put by compressor and alternator on engine. Get the radiator fan checked whether it is functioning properly.

What do you have in your radiator? Water or coolant? If it is filled with plain water, drain it out and replace with some good coolant.
Almost everyone in Pakistan is doing corruption to the extent they can. Our leaders are doing at the level they can do. So why should we complain?

My mehran ac compressor died now I am getting the condenser filtr bottle changed along with compressor so reading this heating issue I want to add that the ac normally fit in mehran does put load causing heating.Get your radiator heating pipe temporarily removed which go through the heater to get best cooling results and I am getting a Japanese compressor installed that' puts very less load on the engine.
    Alteration will be made.but doable.
