    b. Every time i run it on cng, I have to get the cng kit terminal connect with + terminal of battery and get the required amount of cng in the pipe.
    c. I think it is too small.

wheel balancing & tyre condition, goto a tyre shop, front suspension, for vibration. Visit some suspension shop in your town, ask them to check enegine mounts, front shock absorbers

for CNG kit visit CNG installer shop ask them to re wire the connection to the cng regulator. Make sure CNG is full in cylinder and they 'SET' the engine to work on CNG. after they are done, test the vehicle by switching between petrol & CNG before service charge payment.

If wheel balancing is okay and atleast checked by two machines, then it could be engine mounts, warped brake discs, play in hubs or play in ball joints of lower suspension arm or tie rod end.

Does the vibration disappear in neutral gear? Vibration is on steering only or on body?

For simplicity, lets say, vibration is quick up down movements (like engine rough idling) and wobbling is steering left right quick movement. Which one is it?.

    axle cv joints clicking?

    @axe.effect
it vibrates more side wise and less up and down... actually i din not get a comprehensive perception of the word Wobble ... vibration does not disappear in neutral gear... seems in complete body.... no clicking of axle cv joints...

First check things mentioned by capsat. If they are ok,

Then jack up the car and spin both front tires by hand and check If both run smooth. If they don't, you either have bad wheel bearings or jammed brake. Jammed brakes cause disc warp, which cause wobbling.

If tires spin smooth and get hard at some specific points and then get smooth, most probably your brake discs are warped.

Also check free play in wheel hubs and ball joints etc.

Possible, if you check things thoroughly yourself. Did you check mounts and discs?. In mine, wobbling was due to warped discs.

After replacing disc, I had weak engine mounts that caused vibration, but not wobbling.

sir, i was accompanied by a very good mechanic and he was satisfied with the disk condition. I myself believe in what you said. Because vibrations left are mostly when i apply brakes. I checked it as i applied brakes when vehicle was at high speed and gear was neutral. I applied brakes after bringing gear in neutral position. steering wobbled during braking period...
Sir please guide me what i means etc... from word "warped " i mean disks are either deformed or require surfacing...
I could not get its engine mounts checked. I,l get it once i get some time... Might be weekend.... regards

Warped means deformed. They can be tooled (surfaced), if they are not at their minimum thickness. If wobbling happens in braking at high speed, then brake discs are warped, in my opinion. Any senior member having mehran can guide you better.

sir i checked its disks today... both are in ideal condition... no wear was found on them.... neither was any engraving etc or lines on disks... vibration while applying brakes is minute bt it is there...
onething more, i got its fan converted from direct to automatic today.... its performance got better...
now i want to know onething... how much is its tappet allowance so that i can tighten its tappets to get the tick tick sound smooth which was coming from tappets. i can use feeler guage for that...

Then you should seek help from mehran owners. I am just a beginner.
