Default Rough and hesitating engine problem of Mehran.

I bought a brand new Mehran 2010 with CNG kit. Up till 2012 it remained trouble free and then suddenly it started giving problem of rough and hesitating engine. I got it engine tuned many times but the problem eliminates for sometime and then it reappear. When I race the engine for few seconds the problem disappears and engine becomes smooth but after few hours it reoccurs. I also sprayed carburetor cleaner but it didn't work. Workshop mechanic says that it is due to inferior petrol but it is not logical as I have one more mehran but it has no such problem. Please help me by giving your expert comments.

hmm, first the ignition system needs to be checked, if it is fine, the carburetor might need adjustment or cleaning. can you post a picture of the carburetor throat, with the air filter off.

i am not sure where the float bowl vent is located, if you can spray carburetor cleaner inside the vent, it might make things better.

I used carb cleaner but it didn't work. Recently I have noted that the jerking and hesitation of engine occur during driving the car very slow at around 10 km/hr. Over this speed there is no problem. Can it be due to slow speed jet problem. Please comment.

spraying carburetor cleaner inside the air intake won't help at all. it needs to get inside the carburetor.

but this can be just a tuning problem. i recommend @syncview for this job.
