Is it copper radiator? If this is not then original copper was 100 times better then this.

Temp is supposed to go to mid as soon as possible and stay there for optimal engine performance. If temp goes above mid level then its bad. i assume this mehran has tstat and auto fan.

Copper dissipates heat faster then aluminium, hence is good and expensive too. original radiator for this car is made by Loads.ltd and it costs around 6700. The one you got has plastic tanks?

Thanks a lot moradi. The reason of excitement is that I researched for the radiator myself & all along and first I decided to purchase loads radiator which I also saw at waseem auto for 4800 but then I consulted my cousin who is engine rebuilding passionist and has been using aluminium radiator in his corolla 86 for 2 years without problem then I decided to give a try to this Chinese aluminium and plastic tank radiator which was available for only 2500. Also put 2 genuine Suzuki coolant bottles of 1 ltrs in it for Rs 780

Bye the way I am also an engineer and also rebuild my generator engine at home. Do complete ring & piston installation myself Alhamdulillah

you are welcome turbo charger!!!!!!!! and also i have got superb Denso Ac with excepttional cooling in Mehran. so thats why i changed my radiator instead of repairing because duty of the radiator doubles along with AC. the engine cooling system should be perfect including lower and upper hose pipes, water pump, metallic pipe connected with lower hose. the flow of the coolant in engine block pockets should be optimum

yeah you are right.. but copper one is more efficient than this aluminium.. it gets hot early as compared to copper in peak summer..

and you are an engineer so am i.. then you must have seen only copper radiator in power generation generators/engines.. any way share your perfomance after this .. have your fan on auto mode? and thermostate valve installed in it?? which i guess you must have..

why fan is direct.. automatic fan is better.. automatic fan mean fan will work when it needs.. not always.. like on evenings and at night when ambient temperature is low your fan will still operate because of direct current.. change it to auto mode..

nothing wrong in making fan direct because it just takes puts some extra load on battery but as its a mehran, and being in hot climate the engines of these PKDM vehicles need continuous cooling and there is no harm in making fan direct expecially for mehran. but those who say thermostatic valve should be removed are jaahils. they dont even know the basics of thermodynamics. it opens and closes with temp variation and is very necessary for optimum burning of fuel at optimum temperature otherwise without t-stat engine misses in cold start.
I am also doing masterz in engineering Alhamdulillah

and yes i have seen brass radiators in water cooled generator engines. and off course brass is good conductor/dissipate r of heat. but in my case i gave a try to aluminium one after consulting cousin who has been using it for last 2-1/2 years without problem and secondly i saved half the bucks compared to brass one.
    its performing well uptill now.
