Yes you definitely can travel with AC on but cooling will be less but bearable until you are moving. If you stuck in traffic than you will feel heat.

Yes you can travel easily do maintain a speed of max 100 km/h or less than that. Try not to drive at more than 100km/h for longer times.. You will be ok.

If your cooling system is upto the mark.

Radiator Fan working at good speed.
Good Coolant is added to radiator.
Water pump, generator, ac belts are ok.
Radiator pipes are in good condition both rubber and metal.

    You are good to go......

NO WORRIES mate..keep an eye on coolant temperature .. rest mehran is very capable car.Try not to push her beyond 80 90 Kmph.AC won't disappoint you but now a days heat is too much don't expect miracles from her.

if the cooling system of the car is working fine
    nothing to worry about

rest is on your nerves, as in peak heat/sun, cooling would be less and you might feel getting roasted / sensation (depending on direction of the sun relative to the car)
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

I have driven a mehran from Faisalabad to Islamabad via motorway. Though the car was new only some 8000 km driven.. I drove that car constantly at 100-110km/h with AC on till bhera after that according to the conditions i drove in salt range with varying speeds. And reached Islamabad safe and sound without any problems...

Yeah there's a difference but as you are saying mechanically perfect so i consider that its cooling system, engine, belts each and every thing is in good condition..... So its good to go....
