Default Mehran Vibrates after applying breaks beyond 50kmph.

    Dear All Experts,

This is my first post here & i found pakwheel very useful for all problems related to local vehicle.

I saw one related thread on Pakwheels but the said sol. Is not working.

My Mehran 2004 was OK just couple of months ago but it has started vibrating when brakes are applied beyond 50 speed since then. Moreover, the vibration is less if I apply brakes slightly & increases when I apply hard breaks (I did not had any word to explain). I had my car verified from two experts, one is saying that its Gadri +frames needs to be replaced (Gadri is in not in condition). Also this guy did some work related to Hissa+kanghi 4 months ago. The second expert is saying that this vibration is due to Kanghi + hissa problem (he also suggested to replace the Gadri). I am really very confused whom to follow. I personally feel the first guy is making open air fire as I have experience this in past.

I request all to share their thoughts on this please. I would be grateful as this thing is driving me crazy.

    I am based in Lahore.

I think you should get your front brake disc's checked first...

usually vibration on brakes is due to un even surface of the front disks
    and tooling fixes the problem
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

I forgot to mention that the first mechanic checked the front brakes & said they are OK. Also I did replaced the rare brake shoes which were almost finished.

can this problem be due to some loose/untightened screws in the engine.

Brake rotors tooled before? if yes then they might be warped. Use of good quality brake disc ensures no issues for rotors and when rotors are uneven throw them away and put in new one because they can't lathe it correctly very minute difference can make it worse.
