    Default New EFI Mehran Missing Problem

    I bought a new mehran 2 months back and now its Odo shows 7550 Km. Tuned twice from Suzuki Texila motors. Every thing is fine and smooth ride till now. only problem is that when i drove car with ac on all time for 2 3 hours it start giving jerks... jhatky start. some kind of missing .. this only happen when i accelerate car from 1st and 2nd gear... people in suzuki checked thoroughly and said no problem observed.. Help please.. i never faced any issue like this before..
    Ac on/off dono time same problem hy.. as soon as I put in 3rd gear jerks gone and ride smooth again....

    That's the charcoal canister (don't know what mechanics call it in desi language). It collects fumes from fuel tank and feed to intake manifold. When you remove the pipe from purge, it releases tank pressure making the car run smoother again. It could also be replaced to test if problem gets fixed.

    Yes we miss this point... surely do diy on that..
    Also one mechanic in Lahore suggest to make hole in fuel cap or use some loosen fuel cap as suggested above....

    ok i have done,,,me ne wo tikki change kerdi hai jo black box se fumes inhale kerke throttle ko deti hai ...jo ke on hi rehna chahaye,,hamare case me wo on hi nahi hoti ,,isi waja se tank me vaccum banta hai aur release nahi hota

    Yar me explain kerta hu pics me send kerdunga abhi gari nahi hai....ap log sirf ik kaam kero...black box se ik pipe tank wala hai doosra purge wala..purge wala pipe ik sensor me ja raha hai ...us ko tikki bolte hai bhai jaan...wo tikki sahi kaam nahi kerti in euro me..us tikki ka grip nikal ker.phir us me orange wire hogi...us ko nikal de....aur orange taar ki jaga body me se earth dede ap ka masla hal ho jayega..

    Agar nahi yakin ata kisi ko tu us tikki ya sensor me se wo pipe nikal de jo black box se araha hai...aur us ko direct throttle me laga de....ap ki gari missing bhi chor degi aur average bhi thek ho jayegi....me ne aj kia hai ...sab ok hogya hai.

    Jab tank me se throttle sari air khench lega tu fuel pump per load nahi ayega aur gari smooth chalegi aur average bhi ok
    ...aur ha yara pictures share hi nahi ho rahi hai

    Instead of doing this jugaard, how about changing that sensor (purge valve)? By the way, if we bypass that, what is the idle RPM of car? Please confirm the idle RPM after bypassing it.

    New EFI Mehran Missing Problem -1692126

    1- Charcoal canister.
    2- Purge valve.

    Purge valve is electronically controlled. If it does not open properly pressure will build up in tank.

    its not a sensor.its just a solenoid

    i was baffled by this tikki....now i understood u r referring to purge valve....thanx for uploading picture.....its not any sensor....just a regular solenoid.....if u bypass it.....there can be high chance that car may have rough idle when freshly refueled or at high atmospheric temperatures...coz this valve is controlled by ecu......simply change with any denso solenoid installed in toyota cars or which are used in carburetted cars as idle up solenoid.....but 80% issue will be resolved as described by @harisabid

    Removing solenoid is not good in ecu controlled car.. changing it to any other new valve is good idea.. and I guess its not costly also...
