Without doing tht thing u can also get the Mehrban Temp Gauge in normal range but bit expensive.
    1. Install Double Tube Radiator
    2. Install Good speed Radiator Fan
    3. Install AC Grill Fan
    4. use good quality Coolant
    5. Keep checking Radiator Cap and Hose Pipes Condition for avoiding any mishap

Let me share my experience with you guys. I used to have a 1985 G11 Charade with a leaking main seal. I did 2 things to make it run cooler.

1- I added two over sized nuts between the hood and the hood hinges to make it sit just a bit higher towards the windscreen. This created space for exhaust of hot air from the engine bay. Here are a few pistures to explain what I mean. I'm sorry but I do not have the pics of the original DIY.

This will help understand where I added those nuts; between the hood and the hinge.

2- I changed the old rusty 3 core radiator to an aluminum dual core one and fabricated the orginal fan into it. Here's the link to the DIY:

    Peace!

@basic you are amazing when it comes to mechanical work. The one Improved version could be DC Blower Fans used in Computer Servers. Two of them on each side from inner wall that throws hot air sucked by bonut area into fenders. You can Make three bended cuts like back of Window AC which will make fendors look sporty as well my little idea

    Thanks Afnan,

    Fans should be weather proof,

Radiator fan proved ok as many years of use, in almost every kind of weather.

This bonnet is still lying in the store along with the fan.

This idea was very good in con justed slow traffic and specially on long intervals at signals.

very well done basic bhai.. appreciated. its 2015 and still your post is Bravo..
want to share my idea... i own a cultus and a mehran too. i have seen two fans in cultus. one of radiator and other is infront of engine and bumper... i think if i try some diy and install an extra fan in mehran this can also help some exhaust of hot engine.. placement must be between bumpers and engine..
slow n steady wins the race..
