    Sir

You can get one for 800K, 850K for a 4G13 GLX AUTO and 900K for the 1.6L CVT SR.

Lancer are good, fit and finish and build quality are good, the parts are expensive.

Civic is a much better choice, unless you like a Lancer or has spotted one with a low mileage.

City is also available in this range.

800,000 would be a safe range, you'll have to look for a nicely kept one. In buying a car, patience always pays off.

can i get a clean lancer under 100,000km in 7 lak range?

Most probably no, unless there's a really needy guy who needs to sell his car off and flee the place.

1300cc im talking about. ive heard lancers are heck difficult to maintain. is it really? i mean compared to honda? cany any 1 hilight,i havent made my mind but just need opinion.
No, they're not difficult to maintain if you have ample money and you live in one of the big cities (spares are expensive - more expensive than Civic or Toyota)

is lancer a better choice in this budget, ir lancer trouble free on cng? what about parts? so many questions but i'd be thankful if u ppl help
Lancer has a wonderful ride pleasure, though I've found the 1.3 version a little underpowered. I'm sure there are people who haven't felt that way. Depends what you have driven prior to it, I parked my civic and drove the lancer right away. I'm sure if it was a cultus rather than a civic, my thoughts would've been different.

had i been at your place, would have never though of honda if i was getting a lancer.
perfect drive, parts are expensive but available and are stable enough that last long, more than honda or toyota so in the longer run they are not expensive

If you can afford the spares then I would reckon you to go for it.
Its built quality is way better than a Honda or a Toyota
The only reason for their failure in Pakistan was the resale and the spare parts.
One of the most difficult things in the world is to know how to do something, and to watch without comment, somebody else do it incorrectly.

    Sir

Lancer is not better then Civic or Corolla overall, both cars have their very strong points, spares, service, resale and shape are concerns.

Lancer has a better build and interior but that will not matter in real world, after some months you will get use to it.

No car is reliable or unreliable (except Suzuki), If you will take care of the car, the car will take care of you (I learned that from Mr Jason Statham of Transporter 3, while he was driving his 150K $ A8 W12, talking on a 700$ Nokia 8800 and pushing the poor E class into a ravine).

Lancer's ride seems better because it has high profile tires, else the ride is not better then Civic.

Treat the Lancer like a Civic and you will know how expensive or reliable it can be.

Imports are only good if you are getting some extra features like active and passive safety, better engine/suspensions/gearbox or Sat Nav/leather/electric seats etc.

as far as the resale is concerned....u dont have to wory ...the shock of resale is always absorbed by the 1st owner..who has bought it for 17 to 21lacs n selling for 7 to 10lacs....
if u will buy it for 7or 8lacs then u will also sell it for 7 or 8lac,because u will b 2nd or 3rd owner....so u shud not b worried abt resale..n parts are expensive but not too much...

Low resale, besides being sold at a lower price, also means that when you're out to sell it, you won't find a buyer easily.

You go to Auto Market on a Rolla or a Mehran, and the dealers gather around you like flies around a lollipop, offering, asking you to lift the bonnet. Do that on a Lancer and all you'll hear is depressing comments.

You might not care, but at times you just need to sell the car ASAP (for instance if you're getting a wonderful deal on another car from an acquaintance or a family member)

Agree.... Lancer drive is very good. I will recommend that if u r not planning to resale it for atleast 2 to 3 years then go for lancer......

    Parts are not that costly.

    2. is mitsubishi dewan still operating? i mean for spares & service
