    Default Suzuki Baleno or Liana

    Hello All,

I want to know that which car is better amongst Suzuki Balleno and Liana, and which of these gives better mileage on CNG. Liana has generally got very bad reputation. Why is it so?

    Regards,

bro liana is way better than baleno... with abs, nice interior, nice fuel milage i am getting 14km/L in city, and on cng i am getting around 150-170kms. its cng is amazing and u cant belive that u r running on cng .its like petrol touch..but u will have to take a lot of care with its cng.although baleno is good on cng.

my opinion is liana cuz baleno is old now...but both cars are excellent and with high power....u can beat xli or city easily from these both cars...

Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

A friend of mine has baleno 2005 registered in 2006. he claims to get 150-165 km without AC and 135-145 with AC. I'm thinking of buying it from him, What should be the price of his car as it never visited workshop except for oil change or minor tune ups. Over all condition of the vehicle is atleast good if not excellent. Waiting for expert PWs opinions.

@NaXun ... Liana can do 15 km/l and on CNG can do 140KM in city and 170KM on long drive easily. Tune your and your friends cars from some good mechanic.

My Baleno doing 160 to 180 Km on CNG per tank.

@Poster...my suggestion is to go for BALENO...

That is not a big deal, my 5 years old EXI PROSMATEC with 5 peoples and luggage do 150km on highway 55KG with Testamatso (2 way average) with A/C at around 90-100 km/hr on "D" mode.

Civic also does 13km/L with A/c on Highway.

LIANA has a much better engine, gearbox and FF CNG, if you do not dislike the shape, low front bumper, cheap interior and body roll compare to Baleno.

    It has also more volume.

@sunnyslr....Very right....Baleno pick is very good on petrol, sometime meri be niat kharab ho jaati hay aur petrol waste kar deta hoon kha makha.

And regarding average, honestly telling you that Baleno average per CNG tank is better than even 1000 CC cars. Cox I also drive Cultus and on long drive Baleno doing more KMs in one tank than Cultus. Within city didnt notice.

    Luxirious drive with fuel economy.
