open letter cars are always a gamble, mostly they are auctioned cars, the buyer is usually a dealer who gets minor bodywork done to get it good looking, then he parks it at home, posts an add on pw claiming its 200% genian and home used car, he lies a little more and rips off an un suspecting buyer. this has been my experience when i accompanied my brother in his search for a decent idsi. and i can easily say that more than 60% of the adds were from dealers (on pakwheels). we checked more than 50 cars and out of them only around 20 cars were in the condition stated in the add, it could even be seen from the behavior of the sellers that they were dealers.
