Default Best mechanic for engine head/valves repair in Karachi

have a civic 04 prosmatec ,it had cng init earlier ,its only 45k done, and i`ve been witnessing very bad fuel average (approx 6.5 km/l).somebody told me that because of CNG the valves get disturbed and they need to be re-done in order to get the actual fuel average. my car has been thoroughly checked by honda and other renowned mechanics (khan ..etc)of karachi and has been found absolutely ok.. things that i`ve already tried are mentioned below
    throttlebody serviced.
different airfuel mixture settings tried, now reset to actual as prescribed by honda.
    wiring checked.
    gear ratios reset.
    tappets reset.
    plugs/airfilter/oils..checked/replaced.
Also tried different driving patterns...no help!

Would really appreciate some advice or if somebody in khi who is an expert of heads/valves can be referred to.

why do you think you have bad valves? - misfire? oil consumption? and getting that low of a fuel economy - I believe you have a leak somewhere if your engine is A spec.

Bad economy can be traced to a midadjusted trim pot (as paki civics dont use an oxygen sensor)

No engine`s doing fine ,,no misfire no oil consumption..just somebody with the same problem advised me to get the valves checked/fixed ,asked a few good mechanics they seemed to be of the same opinion after trying everything.
The engine is d15y3 and i dont think theres a leak anywhere , have had it checked thoroughly quite a few times now.. and thirdly civics here do come with an oxygen sensor atleast my model has it (EXI 04)..did try a few different settings but none of them worked, now its reset to factory setting...
