it should have EPs bcoz hps is now many years old technology
That is a very stupid statement considering to this day hps is a technology used in a lot of high end cars including sports and luxury cars. Track drivers also prefer hps over eps due to the better connection with the road.
And if you're comparing it to the crappy eps on the corolla then please don't even think about it as by far the corolla has the worst eps implementation ever. Absolutely zero road feel and the steering feels dangerous at high speeds. It has no speed sensitivity at all and offers a completely detatched driving feel.
If you want to know what a real eps should drive like, try driving a Mazda rx8 or even a Honda city.
