Its depends upon your likeness and requirements as:

    1. For Economy and Avg Drive CULTUS
    2. Driving Pleasure and Civic Feel CIVIC
    3. For rough and tough Corolla

If you want to experience amazing drive and power go for swift, you will feel the difference, even corolla drive pales in comparison to swift(It won the most fun to drive car in japan the year it was launched).
Never waste ur money on cultus.

Sir there will be no monthly maintenance cost except service/cleaning/fuel in any good condition car irrespective if its a Cultus, Corolla, Vitz or Civic.

Vitz is a very good family car provided you can forgo the trunk space, full 5 persons seating capability for adults and can pay for the spares if someone has stolen the dash panel or side mirror assembly or if any motorcyclist has scratched the bumper or break rear lights.

Vitz is a very reliable car, parts are easily available in Karachi and they are far cheaper then 8th Gen Civic.

You can get an excellent Civic 05 EXI PROSMATEC for 950K Rs or a VTI PROSMATEC for 1050K.

Can also get an Altis Automatic 05 in your budget.

    Regards

Civic is always a best option,u can get a VTi 2004-05 for the price little more than that,i own VTi Oriel 2005 which i m selling to upgrade my car to new civic because civic worths every penny spent on it,average is also not bad at all,it gives me 110 kms/55 kg cylinder and abt 12 kms per liter on petrol!
in short go for civic, whichever model suits ur budget.

d0nt go for r0lla ull regret definately in ALL DIMENTIONS.
dont go for cultus its go0d but price is way to0 high.just like c0ure,awes0me car with awes0me price tag.
    vitz dozent has bo0t.
civic exi d0zent has abs brakes,n ive heard it has 1.3litre engine.if you want t0 go for 1.3l car go for city 2004 to 2008.it has exceptionally high fuel avg.25km/l in petrol on motorways.in city above 15.i talking about idsi model.on gas it gives you 200km plus on motorways w/o ac.with ac 190kms.incity milage is 160km w/o ac and with ac 140km.
my dear civic has class difference.cultus vitz are good cars but comparing them with civic is s0mething like praising our president(which in any case is n0t permissible).
vti is alone a go0d option.see if u need aut0matic transmission g0 for vti prosmatec.dont purchase oriel as in pakistan sunroofs are of no use.also avoid UG m0del.it lo0ks go0d when one listens that civic UG c0mes with interior which is complete leather by NIKE.but its overpriced and limited in n0 in market.
    best of luck
