Default **HELP** MARK II vs CL7 ?

Is this even a comparision? Do these cars belong in the same category, I see a few Mark IIs for sale here, asking price is 15 lakh. I do not see any CL7s , but CL9s and the asking price on those are around 20 lakh.

I beleive MII is a bigger car than the CL7/9, why the lower price? I heard they are gas hogs, could that be the reason....anyone wanna shed some light. I am contemplating acquiring one of the two in the coming months.

    Thanks!

The MKII is for you if your prefer a good RWD chassis. There's a turbo varient available as well and engine capacity is from 2.0 to 2.5. The interior styling is true bland JDM but better aesthetics than the CL. The Honda wins on looks alone inside and out, but EURO R gets knocked the **** out by the IR-V Turbo Edition.

Usman has owned a couple including a 2.5 Turbo. He purchased it for 17 or there abouts with a Futura bodykit and all.
There's craploads of then Khan4ever. The older Crestas/Chasers were Diesel turbos with the 2.4 2L-TII. There's been a couple turbos, sold here on this board. There's a gentlman here that owns a beige 2.0 i believe with the 1G-FE.

Personally I think the CL-7 and the Mark 2 are two different classes of cars, and cannot be compared. More comparative to CL-7 is the Camry and they have gone head to head in number of different markets. And with that comparasion in mind the Honda kicks Camry in each and every category be it performance or looks. But some how the Toyota is able to sell a few more cars last year then the Honda, but it one or the other.

I personally own a 2004 Camry V6, just wanted to let you know.!

MK II is pretty good looking but sadly has worst resale when compared to the accord. Personally I'd go for the honda.

Actually I perfer the Honda too but Camry has a comfy ride and not sporty close to the gorund ride of the Honda.

As for Usman666 i think he has been away for a while now, Hmmmm!
