Default Car making pressure ??? Anything to worry about ?

    AoA,

Replaced gasket few weeks back. Today i got the fan at auto settings due to winters and usage of heater. On auto fan setting when temp at middle. i opened radiator cap as i have to fill the water, after opening the radiator cap with the car switch on the car is throwing water outside. No change in water level ( As i filled water 10 days back it remains unchanged )

No issues with temperature gauge it remains in the middle. But after 30-40 kms of drive the radiator pipe got stiffed. What could be the issue now??

My car is ALTO 2008 35000kms driven.

Looking for your suggestions, Thanks in advance...

In morning, remove the radiator cap and then start the engine. at idle speed the water should not jump out of the radiator if it does the gasket is gone again. If it doesnt then level up the coolant in the radiator to top and with engine running check for emerging bubbles or stream of tiny bubble in the coolant. these bubble if any also shows combustion pressure leaking into cooling system through head gasket seal.

Thanks for your reply bro.. At Idle speed the car does'nt throw water outside. After pressing the hard paddle to 3000 rpms or more the car throw water outside, Which is off course normal procedure.

On the other side i notice few tiny bubbles formation? What would be the issue?

    ^^
at high rpms its normal for the radiator coolant to spill out.
get it checked, it might be from the head gasket. You may also get the engine head checked for proper tightening of the bolts.

According the local mechanics.. They said that head is not faced properly by "kharadia".. That is the reason.

But after consulting suzuki 3S dealership, They said that it's normal. engine is supposed to make steam 1.1 pounds which is mentioned on radiator cap.

Now at this situation i am confused either to open it again or to drive with the same problem. Remember the car is not lifting the temp guage also water level remain same in the radiator?

Just keep an eye on the temp gauge and you will be fine. you are just over cautious coz you have recently got the repairs and had spent some bucks.

    Not in winters.
Just check the proper tightening of engine head.
Else no need to worry till the summers, also by then you will be out of this paranoid state

i would say, get your fan auto/and direct both. by adding a button inside a car, where the cng gauge switch is. buy a defogger or similar type button and with a press of a button, convert it to autofan or direct fan as per your use.

after whole summer, with direct fan, the pipes lines remain normal, but in winter with autofan setup, pipes get weak with water more than 80 to 100 degrees Celsius.
I'm struggling to please ALLAH, I'll suggest you do the same.

Mate i will cheak it. If this could be possible then i will add the button for sure !

I don't want to take any kind of risk now...
