    Default Steermatic ?

Hey folks. I need an idea for da price. Description z as following.

    -Honda City STEERMATIC (1.5)
    -2006 model
    -White Colour
    -Punjab Registered
    -Just 28000 kms on road
    -Totally driven on petrol
-Outclass condition as u can assume wot condition can a 28000 kms driven car have. Smells like new. No touchups n is bumper to bumper geniune.

One more thing,i just hate cng but ll like to ask one more question jus for da sake of information. How dis car reacts on CNG ?

11 lacs isnt too much for an early 2006 model. No CNG as well (which is superb)

Steermatic gives perfect combination of comfort, power and luxury in 1.5 category the only one function of 7Speed dual transmission outclass her with others competators but this country is strange country steermatic sold under invoice in her last days & eventually died a painful death by the hands of so called knowledge buyers

It was 1 & only car by honda in Pakistan which gives you the pleasure of dual transmission (sort of thing provided by Merc named ""triptonic") in with CVT transmission of steermatic virtually divided into 7gears in Manual mode & you can shift the gears up 'n' down with the click of buttons on the steering like a play station

1.5 VTEC engine ( very responsive caz of its power weight ratio)

beautiful alloys with 185-55-15 bridgestone potenza tires

The only thing missing is ABS which I recon is essential because steermatic is quite nippy because its power/weight ratio

The main reason of its death in Pakistan is its sophisticated mechanism & sensing abilities which usually disturbed by the installation of CNG

Believe you in me the condition you explain above, for steermatic 11Lac is reasonable price.

    @accord,
Come on buddy, u're too much inspired by steermatics :p
Lekin buddy 2006 models do not go for such price and plus its a fact that steermatics has lower resale value in our market.

My friend sold 2007 steermatic 32k driven b 2 b original and scratchless in 1035k three weeks back.
How this car is for 1.1 million.

Sir 1.1M is good for Steermatic.

You should also have a look at Belta and Civic.

How about 2009 City iVTEC M/T; which you can find for 1.20 - 1.25 easily instead of anything 1.10 million (even if its Steermatic)

    • Selling after say 2-3 years; your car will be 4-5 years old and not 7-8 years old
    • Latest shaped City
    • Better fuel consumption; you will never need CNG
    • Can beat 2006 Steermatic in drag (I guess) even if its in mint condition; @dani123 can tell better for sure

All the cars in Mr. Dani123's thread have some problem.

Steermatic goes head to head with EXi M/T 110PS and sometimes even overtake it, if the Civic's driver slips the clutch for a second.

If your City can truly beat these cars, it means that it can keep up with the M/T D16 and R18 PROSMATEC, which is impossible.

The fuel consumption and shape of new City is good.
