Multan to Sahiwal distance is 150+Km. You will be traveling on N5 / GT-Road; its condition is fine and CNG is available all along. Dont know about the load shedding status / days etc. In Lahore I think days are Monday and Tuesday so its better to have your fuel and CNG tanks filled up before entering Lahore region.

Update: as per N-5 National Highway - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia the exact distance is 165Km

When i visited few months back the road conditions from Multan to Sahiwal were good.

Sahiwal to Pattoki is good. Pattoki to Lahore has some construction work going on.

Its 65% in good condition and 35% in average or bad condition.

Lahore to Gujranwala is 85% in good condition. Haven't been to sialkot for a long long time so don't have any idea about it.

And CNG is available on all these areas and roads. Don't know about CNG load shedding schedule in other regions/cities, but in Lahore CNG is not available on Monday and Tuesday.
Almost everyone in Pakistan is doing corruption to the extent they can. Our leaders are doing at the level they can do. So why should we complain?

The last time i went to Multan from the road was all good, dnt know abt the current situation of the roads.
Lahore to Gujranwala is all good.
For Gujranwala to Sialkot, u'll have to go via wazirabad. That road is 95% good.

bhaijaan wazirabad comes in middle of gujranwala and sialkot or i have to make my way through wazirabad, u mean to say that road conditions are not good if i go directly through gujranwala to sialkot because the problem is that my car have low profile tyres.

if u go via wazirabad, the distance is slightly more than the daska route but it'll take roughly the same amount of time because the waziabad road is in better condition and double sided. The daska road is single sided and now it is under construction so going via daska is a big NO!
If u go via wazirabad, u'll enter sialkot from sambrial side. Let me c if i can get u a map.
Going via wazirabad means that u continue on the GT road instead of getting off it at Gujaranwala to go to Sialkot. then u enter wazirabad. Dnt worry it's a straight road, u dnt hav to go through the city.

u'll hav to follow the blue path. After reaching Gujaranwala, u continue on the Gujaranwala bypass/GT road until u reach wazirabad. After entering wazirabad, u'll continue through the city and get on the flyover which will lead towards wazirabad-sialkot road.
