Default Honda Civic 2005-06 Vs Corolla 2005-06

    Hi everybody

I want to have some information regarding comparison of Honda 2005-06 model with Corolla 2005-06(Pakistan assembled).

As far as comfort, safety and braking I am sure Honda civic is far better than Corolla. As I am having a 2004 Corolla and am fed up with its brakes and its hard suspension.

But as far as I know road clearance, or whatsoever is the correct terminology, of Corolla 2005-06 is better than Honda Civic 2005-06.
How Honda 2005-06 differs from Corolla 2005-06 in height and road clearance.I mean with full luggage and passengers load, is it possible that Honda road clearance can be made better than Corolla or at least equal to it?So that it does not hit bumps and brakers?

Springs (dont know about appropriate word)can be added..Not sure though it can be made like rolla or not.Because Rolla 05 is very high and has much ground clearance than civic

sir from what ive seen, loading both cars with same weight will make them equally high off the ground. Corolla having softer suspension would go really low. because civic has a stiffer suspension, it wont go that low but because its already lower than rolla, overall height of both cars would be relatively same!
    thats what ive seen.

On his recent trip to Europe, Obama's limo got stuck on the speedbreaker. Watch that video on youtube, it will demostrate why longer wheel base causes a car to touch breakers.

Although, I am not sure is the difference in the wheel base of the vehicles is sgnficant.

@doctor buddy corolla suits our road conditions i own a 2003 civic vti and a corolla 2004 nd what ive experincd is tht corolla responds extremly well to jumps, breakers nd rough roads while honda due to stif suspension always annoys me on rough roads and speed breakers apart from touching breakers its more annoying to have the feel of stiff suspension on rough roads and jumps.but if u talk about clean nd clear roads then buddy civic takes advantage over corolla in terms of smooth drive and road grip and in braking too...
my advice is to get ur corolla cheked because according to mine expernc it has gr8 suspnsn''according to our road conditions''and u can improve ur brakes t00 bcz they may hv lived their life...
