Default Civic 96-98 or City 2001? Which one to buy

    Guys.
i made up my mind about any of the
    CIVIC 96 to 98
OR City 2000 to 2001 Model
    Need one in Auto Transmission
The price range is approximately from 6 to 7 lakh.
So what do you think i should go for?
City is a bit new model and fuel efficient right?
whereas CIVIC is more luxurious feel.
What would you buy if you are at my place

beating my current record for number of consecutive days alive

If fuel economy is your preferance then City.
Civic no doubt is faster and more fun to drive but the Hypervalve City is not bad either.
The shape along with the drive and the comfort level is excellent.
It is still one of the fastest cars in the 1300cc category.
One of the most difficult things in the world is to know how to do something, and to watch without comment, somebody else do it incorrectly.

Go for city. That model of city is not less than civic in terms of luxury, style, pleasure, comfort, handling and more fuel efficient than civic.

I think the hyper city 2000 would be a good option. Dont know about the parts and stuff but surely drives well, is powerful and i personally love the way it looks.

In 7 lacks. You will find City 02 AT in good condition..

Civic is no doubt a better option but very difficult to find in good condition.

Go for good condition city. This specific model is built on civic plateform so its drive n comfort not less than that of civic while more fuel efficient than civic. Maintenance also cheaper than civic. So analysis go in favor of city 2000.

I own one and I never regret n think of moving to civic.
