Default Cultus fuel tank filter problem

    Hey guys
I know very little about suzuki,
So anyways i took out a little petrol from a cultus by inserting a pipe inside its fuel tank from where the petrol goes in, i took about 2-3 L. Now my friend tells me that i might have damaged a filter (jaali) cause i inserted a pipe in it. Is there anysort of jaali there ?
Cause the only filter related to petrol i know is the fuel filter which is located inside the engine.

^^ in cultus the only fuel filter is not inside engine, its in fuel tank.

yes, its a possibility of damaging the "jali" while doing such act.

    regards,
    gumby.

u put a pipe from the place where u fill the petrol ??
actual filter is on the sucking area of fuel pump which is inside the fuel tank ... its like ceramic or some hard filter which cannot get damaged so easily...

next time u need a petrol try to get it from the engine bay .. by pulling pipe out from the carb .. by ignition on
