Default Japancese cars and their speedometres?

Hi Pakwheeler's, I was just wondering about Japanese cars and their SpeedO metres. Indus Corolla's of Paistan have metre till 200 but Japanese have till 160, Cygnus is 4700cc but its metre is till 180.
    Whats the reason behind it?
I know there was thread related to this but I'm tired of finding it.
    Thank you!

Due to Japanese speed laws their cars are governed(electronically limited maximum to 180) even their sports cars as well !!the cars which are European,Asian or American specs their speeds are not limited !!

So that means that the local cars are more fast then the japanese? 180km/h actually means 180 of japanese?

Technically they should be limited but now what they do is keep the meters till 180 so the car doesn't indicate anything past that,... Even though many jdms can go faster. A friend recently tested this theory with his cruiser.
