Default Rate my ride. City 09 with little DIY's

    Dear fellows,

I decided to post pics of my car to give an idea what you can do to your ordinary car in low budget and get the best out of it.

let the pics do the talking.

Thanks and best wishes to all,

hey one thing i for got , i have very very dim orange ambiance in my feet and passenger feet area. you can only see it when its full dark, you can see your feet area v clearly without disturbing you, gives you a very comfortable feeling. took this idea from mark x and 7 series n e class u can see the orange ambiance but you cant figure out from where the lights are coming from. they are connected to parking lights BTW.

i bought them from f10 topgear in 3k as it was of complete set but the person who imported the set installed everything n left those skirts as they are very simple so he went for custom made. Paint costed me 2000 total 5k was the price.

hi bro... m new to ur thread... must say, u have done an awesome job wd ur city... just awesome...

i have city 2011 in red pearl colour. me too had it sound deadened as its not much silent as compared to previous model. but i did wd some foam and dynamat.

the arm rest, and the thingy behind the mirror is present in my car. don't know why u had to install them later.

and also, one more future suggestion. a bit expensive but a total decent shashka. its cruise control. u just need a new clockspring and a new steering wheel wd cruise buttons.

it will take you 30 mins to install hardly and an electrician abt 20. just google some intrument cluster, clockspring and ecu wiring diagrams and there u go... i am working on this project for the first city with cruise control but sadly i am out for some family medical issue..

see if u can do this to urs as well.... best of luck for ur future..

    thumbs up and cheers.
