Lancer is a gem to have. Being a pakistani 10% would actually know what worth does lancer have . No doubt the new car from Deewan are sky high.

At this stage buying a imported car is best option.

Thanks for the replies, my next question is, what kind of fuel economy can I expect from the 1.5 lancer? And also I read somewhere that the thailand model has a better interior than japan, so what other differences are there between different models? Thanks.

Sir, i owned Mitsubishi Lancer 1.5, it's the best car i have ever had.... with beautiful interior and way more better than the local Lancer (1.3 or 1.6)... and about consumption, it gives me 11-11.5 km\l. So i ll recommend you go for it, and even you can buy it from Mitsubishi motors, they will give you 2 months mechanical warranty, and one free compound and polish and service, even they will change all the lubricants free of cost for first time...

Thanks for the info. If possible, could you post some pictures of your car, front back and interior. Also how much did the car cost you including registration?

Lastly can anyone else post their experience with fuel economy? And exactly how much more do the spare parts cost?

They have tried their best to make the back as ugly as possible & I think they are quite successful in their efforts

Mitsubishi Lancer is a great car. I m using it from 6 years, & i drive mostly on CNG. But now from 2-3 months, when i transferred it on PETROL, with just RPM setting (without complete tunning which i will tuned ASAP), it is givig me an average of 12 km/lire within city. Now, when i thinks regarding selling my car, i am really a bit confused what car i should buy now(imported).
Once you drive this car, you will forget about driving corlla or city after this.
