660CC Japanese Imported Cars V/S Local Pakistani Cars
Salam to PakWheels.com Mambers!
This is my first post at pakwheels.com and I really would like to get an opinions by experts. As you may all know, dealers are widely importing Japanese Used Cars and they all look better than current Pakistani cars and models. I have recently visited a dealer and saw few cars there, for example. Alto 2006 in 660cc, Mitsubishi EK Wagnor 660cc. My question is .. how are they in performance? Our Mehran @ 800cc can't afford AC, will they be able too handle @ 660cc? I live in Multan, what about comfort if I use them between Multan - Lahore, or Multan - Islamabad - Murree etc.. Will these cars perform better than Cultus (as most dealers claim they would)..
I also incline to agree with Laeq80 that compare these 660cc's with Mehran & Alto. I have Mehran & Alto they r literally tin-dabbas (personal experience). If u drive Alto for an hour then sit in any Japnese 660 u feel like in heaven believe me. Features like automatic transmission, power steering and comfortable room. Mehran or Alto is nowhere near to it.
Plus, if u r planning to buy 1000cc car like Cultus to run on CNG. Khuda k wastey 660cc le k petrol pe chala lena instead
guys i am a student dad gives main 7 lac to buy a car.. but i am comfused which car is best for me local or imported.
can u help me .. but my limit is 7 lac.. i wana buy mira or alto 660cc or any local car like mehran alto etc
plzzz tell me about fuel consumption , parts and resale value of japness mira and alto..
every end of the month i must go from lahore to dera ghazi khan...
so which one will be best for me local or imported...
Go for used Cultus or Alto if in pkdm. But ill not suggest you 660cc alto or anyother car because these 660cc engines might sound attractive in terms of consumption of fuel but they tend to give real hard time if engine gets some major prob because 660cc ki life kam hoti hai compared to 1000 & 1300cc.
in my opinion Japanese car are good but when it comes to spare parts they are not available, they have huge costs for repair,if u have a
small car alto or mira a slightly bent bumper would cost around 10000 to replace or to be repainted on the other hand if u have a better car like a mark x or crown the repair costs are around 10000 to 50000.Small cars dont perform well on highways. If u can afford to maintain a Japanese car and look after it then go for it but if u want some thing rough and tough go for the pakistani cars i too used to own a alto and a prius butnow i have 2 gli auto 2015 and they are better
