Default I want to change tires

    Assalam O Alaikum

As the title suggests I want to change the tires of my ride. The ride is honda city 2005 and currently has 195/65 r 14. Reason for changing them is that they are worn out. I would prefer keeping the size same or go for 185 but thats not the problem. The problem is that my budget is limited and there is no bailout package available. Maximum I can spend is 15000rs and in these days its impossible to get good brand new tires in even 25000rs. With that point in my mind I hit few old tire markets and the rates of new ones. My findings are as follows.

All good branded tires start from 5.5k a piece to 7k a piece so that will make 22k-28k so out of my budget.

New general is available but its xp2000 steel belted and its available at 175/70 for 4200 and 185/65 for 4500 so that makes it 16.8k-18k, again partially out of my budget and partially in if add another 2k but I will 175 which I dont want.

There are old japanese ones that are called kabli. In kabli the most expensive set in 185/65 r 14 is one that is available at around 13-14k, condition of such tire is that out of 4 atleast 2-3 are puncture less and others have only 1 or at max 2 punctures, the thread is great and the manufacturing year 2007-2009. Yes I came accross some sets that were 2009 make and 3 tires were puncture less and 1 had only a single puncture, they were yokohama and he was asking some 13k for it.

To sum up there are only 2 options available to me either go for generals in 175 or buy second hand kabli in size of my choice and still have some bucks left in my pocket.

Now please guide me as to what should I do.
