    Exclamation non-CPLC clear car?

I am in search of a charade. I found a genuine Khi registered, 86 model and i gave him a demand of 1 lakh 25 thousand as the car has a voice in CPLC. Rest of the documents are complete and with original number plates. The car is good but needs some body work. It even has got CNG.

One more thing, I want a good daily runner car and not in the mood to sell it in very short time. At least i will keep it for 2-3 years.

Now my query is that is there any risk or Shaska in buying a non-CPLC vehicle. Please guys need your suggestions!

Well , if the car is still non-clear from cplc then don`t buy it...
if voice in cplc , means car recovered after robbed then you can buy it..
But Remember whenever you want to sell it , you are in great trouble ... majority of people dont like to buy this type of car!!

make a deal with owner to get a clearance letter from CPLC and clean transfer to your name and its safe. my neighbor sold his stolen - recovered car with a Q number and its safely transffered twice
