I like civic much because there are plenty of parts from pakistani china thailand and in junkyard too and their auto is very reliable.
The cuore autobox has only one big problem which is the reverse piston sticking (because its plastic), It requires a BRAND NEW PISTON to be installed to rectify this fault, if you install a used piston - it will fail shortly. The other problem is the speed governor getting stuck or the plastic gear driving it gets broken off - this causes the transmission to forever stay in 1st gear. I have never encountered a fluid leak problem that could not be corrected.

The problem is overheated ATF and not changing it on time. Of all the A/T cars I have come across in Karachi nearly all never had a fluid change because their mechanics were against (gear aail chenge) - I have even seen a transmission using kerosene mixed in manual gear oil - because the swap guys in quetta did not have a gallon of ATF at hand.

some people had oil leakage problem but it is not with every cuore. it has light steering, good suspension, reliable, responsive and comfortable. on petrol average is 11-14 on AC, so bit low. parts are expensive but of good quality. quality of JDM's is better than local cuore but parts are found in junkyards later.
