Default Best Cars in 8 to 11lac budget

    All Respected Guys & Girls,

I am looking to buy a car that fits in this range 8lac to 11lac (with some +/-) and need your valuable advise.

Car will be leased by bank so there are some limitations.
Model should be: Sept 2007 and above of Used Cars

I drove Vitz 2001 for many years, but on hills loaded with 5 people, it crawls with dead slow speed.

    My parameters & preferences are:
Shape: e.g. I love Honda Partner & Toyota Aygo in Hatchbacks
Fuel Efficiency: e.g. higher km/ltr. Please include Cars with CNG as well. (Its the most important aspect for me to consider)
    Spacious: Roomy Rear seats
    Engine: prefers 1300cc or 1000cc

    Questions:
Please suggest with average price ranges.

    My personal choices are:
    TOYOTA BELTA 1.0
    TOYOTA BELTA 1.3
    HONDA PARTNER
COROLLA XLI (but its not coming under my budget)

    Sellers are welcome.

    Regards,
    Umayr

You may include cars from local and JDM manufacturers, no preference except it should meet my budget and parameters.
I would go for local cars only if it has good fuel efficiency, low maintenance cost and high resale value.

I would go for Honda City or Toyota Corolla. Mitsubishi Lancer is great among both mentioned at first but lacks service and support. Go for local assembled one to make sure atleast u will get parts incase something goes wrong at any time.

    thanks Guys for valuable advices!

I lov shape and many features of Swift (it has little more features than city and xli even) it has ABS, fog lights but space in rear seats are pretty less, more or less like vitz old model.

Am getting a good Mitsubishi lancer in 1.5/2.0 million which i dont think suitable for a used 2007 local car that has low resale value, less availability of parts or high maintenance cost.

btw I am not sticked with my personal choices, i will decide based on advice i receive from experts like you so pls keep coming in. Thx

Can you pls be specific which corolla and city you would suggest?
Corolla xli is pretty much expensive and even used car is out of my range, and point is it dont hav ABS.

what about a converted corolla xli into gli? does it hav ABS?

i personally dont like its shape..but i am not considering Lancer mainly because of its less availability of parts and low resale value, also its not much fuel efficient (one of my colleague has it and it gives him Rs.12km/ltr (much less)
