It depends you want new car or used car .... if new i think only option will be mehran and if used then plenty of options and my pick will be Baleno.

Also tell me how much for your Coure Eco 2007. What's your demand?

You can get some JDM's(japanese cars) in 6.5 lakhs budget such as alto, kei,EK,mira etc, these all are 660cc cars and the fuel consumption is very economical.

If you want to go for Pakistani cars than the options are: Civic 2000,City 2000,Baleno,Cultus ... But you cant get a mint condition civic and city in this budget.

IMO,go for Kei or Mira ...

As far as i have heard, the jdm 660cc cars do around 16-18kms per ltr in city and sometimes even more than that, about highway,it is obvious that the mileage will be more better than city ...

You too would have noticed the quantity of the 660cc cars in Pakistan and they are increasing day by day,so the worst mileage factor is wrong ...

i'll say to keep the cuore as only new mehran is possible in your budget, else cars older than 2007 will be available which will not be a wise option

these 660cc cars only give 12-13 km/l really
my 1300cc lancer does this mileage easily
dealers claiming that they give 16 km/l is just a marketing gimmick

most 660cc JDM cars have 3 forward gears. They are meant for city driving. they give decent average within city but on highways, if you increase your speed over 80km/h, they do not perform well. (economically)
if i were you, i would buy a honda civic 96-2000 model
