Default Which car to buy: Altis A/T or Civic 9th Gen A/T I-Vtec

Guys - i just sold my 2010 Gli and now looking to buy a zero meter car. I am planning to get a 2013 model so ordering at the

end of december to get 2013 invoice.

I like both Altis and Civic.
    Planning to get either
Both are amazing cars. My only concern is that the car is going to be a daily runner and will

be commuting around 60-70KM daily. so good fuel average and build quality/suspension is critical.

    Also please avoid:

    -no toyota vs honda war
-no point of mentioning 1.6 vs 1.8: please we all know this difference so no need to elaborate on this
-no need of power/pickup comparison. we all know which car is more powerful

So just need your advice between the two based only on Fuel average, build quality/suspension. and overall resale.

    Also suggest a color

The SUB will do what the BOX tells it to do!

I dont agree with "Both are amazing cars". I feel both are useless ripoff cars for the money.

I don't know why people say altis' suspension is better... Clearly both cars have almost the same suspension quality.. More over civic has better build quality.
But the fact that with a new altis parked in your home you can't sleep at nights. Hot cake for thieves. Can't even leave it parked somewhere without pulling your hair off in tension

Bro assuming that u r living in Islamabad than sure civic will be the best option
As civic is meant to be on roads like ISB so will be a very comfortable ride.
Fuel average than new civic is specially designed for better fuel economy and econ feature will help u a lot.
Everyone know that civic has better built quality.
As to ur requirements civic is best option....
and don,t consider the facelift as u need a comfortable car not a piece of beauty. If u need a piece of beauty than reborn.
Can,t think of a better signature

Go for Corolla Altis A/T because looking at your daily Requirements the more the millage to more the maintenance, so it means if u buy civic which obviously has expensive maintenance.fuel average is way much better than Civic.my 1.8 Altis has a fuel expense of 2500 RS from Peshawar to Islamabad and Islamabad to Peshawar just in 2500 RS with A/C.without A/C 2000 RS.

I would go with civic.. I have a 2010 civic for more than two years now, I use it in my village, Gt-road and multan road more than often.. I've had no rattling or any other problems so far.. So probably 9th wouldn't have these problems either..
Altis is no doubt a good car.. I sold my 1.6 altis at/sr after three days because; Acceleration is sluggish, had a high risk of getting stolen and I was getting 1lac on the invoice price as it was not easily available those days ..

You can get a civic within 2 months.. Premium on oriel is around 1lac, and on i-vtec its around 60k (not sure about it though)..

CIVIC. Dont even think about Altis corolla
    Resale wise civic
    Build quality civic
Suspension both are equally good now, in civic u get comfort of corolla on bumpy road but a better grip
Fuel consumption. Both are equally good but u get power of R18 along with. Good fuel consumption
Nt tht risky to drive civic as 99% of the thieves just love to snatch corolla / altis

I want to know the actual fuel economy of both cars on automatic.

Will appreciate if someone who own both cars can elaborate.
